WEDNESDAY NIGHT DINNERS

Wednesday night dinners begin at 6 p.m. If you are interested in helping to serve, please contact the church office or sign-up in the church entryway.

READING MATERIAL

In the church entryway you will find reading material for the taking. Material includes "Focus on the Family Magazine", "New Man", "Today's Christian", and numerous daily devotionals. Please take advantage of these free materials.

BAND OF BROTHERS

February meeting of the Band of Brothers will be Tuesday, February 7th at Marty Campbell's home.

ACTIVITY HELPERS NEEDED

We are looking for people interested in helping on Sunday mornings from 9:50- 10:20 a.m. You will be planning and heading activities for the children downstairs after breakfast. We would like to have a different person every month. If you are interested in helping please contact Shellie Wyss at 278-1330 or the church office at 276-1894.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

What a fun time for everyone who becomes involved in this great activity. If you are interested in helping plan for VBS this year, we will be having a meeting on February 5th at 12 noon.

SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS MEETING

There is a meeting scheduled for February 1st at 6 p.m. to discuss the 2006 Sunday School year. Dinner will be provided. Contact Becky Waggoner if you can not attend.

TOILET PAPER IS ALL GONE!

Thanks to everyone who helped make this extraordinary fundraiser a success. We have literally met new people from around the world with this adventure.

WEDDING

We are all invited to Lynn Allen's wedding at Salem Oak Park Church of God on Saturday February 4th at 1:30 p.m.

CHURCH BASKETBALL LEAGUE

Church basketball league has officially begun. Come to our games and cheer on our team.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY AND RETREAT

The ladies Bible study group, "Captivating", meets on Sunday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the church parlor. Captivating women will have a retreat at Westminster Woods on February 24-26. We have room for 20 women. Contact Becky Waggoner for more information (541.443.3043)

WOW - WOMEN OF WORTH

Women of worth will be meeting every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the church library. There will be weigh-in, inspirational reading, journaling, and give - receive input on weight loss suggestions. If anyone would like to join, contact DiAnna Miller at 276-9020. There are no fees. It is a loose-knit program so come join us and have some fun.

WOMEN OF FAITH 2006

Contageous Joy! You'll feel it in the music, hear it in the words of the special guests, and the Women of Faith speakers will explain how you can get it, keep it and spread it around. BIBLE STUDY

A new Bible study for both men and women will begin Feb. 5 at 9:15 a.m. in the church parlor.

EXTRAORDINARY MARRIAGE

Discover God's plan to transform ordinary marriages into extraordinary ones. If you are married or are planning to get married, come join us. Classes will begin February 6th from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. This is a 7-week course ending on March 20th. 30 HOUR FAMINE

February 17 and 18 the youth will be fasting for World Vision. Support our YOUTH as they raise money for starving children throughout the world. Just $1 can feed a child for a whole day. Contact Pastor Joseph to sponsor a youth or donate to this worthwhile cause.

YOUTH RETREAT

February 24 - 26 the youth will go on a retreat at ABC Moutain Retreat. The retreat includes grades 6-12. The cost is $15.00 per person. Registration deadline is Feb. 22. There will be a time of fellowship, worship, learning about God, playing in the snow, and of course eating great food. Contact Pastor Joseph if you are interested in attending.
